sanctuary /săngk′choo͞-ĕr″ē/

noun: A place of refuge or asylum

Yoga practices guide us toward a place of potent regeneration–mental, physical, and spiritual renewal. Through the lens of yogic teachings, asana, breathwork, and stillness point us to a place of emotional healing and clarity–The Yoga Sanctuary.

Seek sanctuary through yogic practices that cultivate emotional integration, rest, and rebirth. Clear a pathway to inner wholeness and revitalization through grounded, gentle postures supported by breathwork and meditation. The Yoga Sanctuary Hour combines nurturing floor postures–deep stretch, gentle, and restorative asana — with contemplative practices. Each practice will travel toward a gentle peak exploration and conclude with meditative practices that awaken and illuminate an inner reservoir of peace and clarity. Carve out an inner refuge as you access the limitless wellspring of spaciousness within.
