Where attention goes, energy flows.

Swami Kripalu

Kripalu Yoga is designed to awaken and align the energy in the body, quiet the mind, and access states of deep awareness and presence. Through this inward-facing practice, we gather and focus attention by watching our breath, tuning to sensation, while noticing what arises. This presence, the bloom of expanding awareness, is harnessed and directed inward, pointing to inner quiet and expanded consciousness. Awareness, attunement, and loving compassion arise from this space of profound attention, presence, and mental freedom.

Held in the container of mindful breath, this practice is designed to center, move, and ground all aspects of your being. Through asana, pranayama, and simple meditation, awaken and access states of deep awareness.

About the Class Format

This 4-week series is guided via Zoom Live Online with On-Demand access. Each class emphasizes practice over discussion, with a short dharma talk followed by a complete experience of asana, pranayama, and meditation. Participants will receive resources and quotes for contemplation throughout the series. Recordings of the practice will be available to all registrants and accessible for 30 days following the series.
