Dear Friend,
I’m thrilled to announce the opening of alleyCat Online, designed primarily around a studio membership model that allows us to build conscious community online, live + on demand. I created this online studio, anchored in Kripalu Yoga, to enable us to hold space as a community and inspire you with meaningful practices that support your yoga journey. An unlimited online membership allows you to participate fully in our offerings, a diversity of mindful, grounded practices that allows us to renew, breathe, and connect with ourselves and one another.
Online Studio Membership gives you access to all Live Online offerings via registration and On-Demand access to all offerings through the student app, no registration needed. Additionally, through the app, members can access our complete Online Library that offers 100+ practices that expand exponentially monthly.
alleyCat has always been a connection, engagement-based community. Live-only monthly share circles and Gentle Yoga + Meditation allow us to connect more intimately about the inner workings of yogic practice. You are invited to participate in these gatherings as you wish, to ask questions, engage in discussions, and expand your connection within our community in service to your growth and inner awareness.

WHAT IS ALLEYCAT ONLINE?
Our online studio is a virtual destination designed for us to hold space as a conscious community and renew, breathe, and connect, both Live and On Demand, through a diverse offering of mindful, grounded practices.
alleyCat Online is a supportive space to join together in practice, even in a virtual world, honoring the years of our commingled in-person history and the foundation of Kripalu Yoga.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF AN ONLINE STUDIO MEMBERSHIP?
Membership offers broad access to a range of practices for a much-reduced cost, encouraging you to step onto your mat more often. In addition, members have unlimited access to our Online Class Library; past, present, and future class recordings are available to current members via the studio app.
IS AN ONLINE STUDIO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED TO JOIN ALLEYCAT CLASSES?
No, you do not have to have a studio membership to join a class or event. You may participate with a Yoga Pass or special event pass.
In keeping with our core value of simplicity and the low membership cost, our current core class schedule will remain, with the addition of special event series and member-only meetups and talks. Occasional guest teachers may offer special events or series as our new model evolves.
I HAVE FINANCIAL RESTRICTIONS, MAY I GET A REDUCED COST?
We’re committed to making yoga accessible to all. Pay-What-You-Can Pass options are available for individual classes, as low as $5. If you wish to engage in our community at the membership level and have financial constraints, you may set your own price as low as $29 per month. If you have additional needs, please contact Susan via the contact form, phone, or text to make special arrangements. Let us know if you wish to sponsor a membership for another student.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may cancel your membership subscription at any time before your next renewal date. To cancel, sign into your account, locate your membership pass, and select “do not renew.” Membership benefits continue until the membership end date.
