Slow Practices for Deep Listening

As we move from the depths of winter toward early spring, this Weekend Unwind series offers a consistent place to land. Each week is a return—to the floor, to the breath, to simple practices that support steadiness as light slowly increases and energy begins to shift. Rather than pushing forward, we’ll work with where we are, allowing gradual change through repetition, attention, and rest.

Weekend Unwind is a grounded, floor-based class blending gentle movement, soothing breathwork, and the mindful elements of Kripalu Yoga. Center yourself and guide awareness into your body through gentle posture sequences that create space in your physical, emotional, and mental being. Nurture a deeper sense of attention and come home to yourself balanced, centered, and renewed.

This class is designed to cultivate quiet awareness in a breath-focused setting. We’ll move through centering floor postures, sequences that link breath and movement, and conclude with restful, calming practices. This gentle, all-level class offers room to look inward and discover stillness. Wind down your weekend in this mindful hour as we explore nourishing practices that invite integration, presence, and self-connection.

This 4-week series is guided via Zoom Live Online with On-Demand access. Recordings of the practice will be available to all registrants and accessible for 30 days following the series.
