Embrace the New Year with a practice devoted to reflection, gentle movement, and renewal. On this New Year’s Day, turn inward through breath, grounding, and spacious contemplation. Through mindful movement, meditative reflection, and conscious breathing, soften your body and open space within your awareness. Together, we’ll cultivate clarity, balance, and a sense of renewed energy—so you can step into the year feeling centered, connected, and aligned with your inner peace.
This practice will include time for reflective journaling and restorative yoga. Please bring a journal, blocks, a strap, two cushions, and a blanket.
