The quieter you become, the more you can hear.

-Rumi

The winter solstice is a natural time of contemplation, a season of rest and reflection. As we move toward the shortest day of the year, turn inward, step away from external distractions, and connect more deeply with yourself. Embrace quiet reflection, and celebrate the return of the light on the Winter Solstice, centered, grounded, and open.

Anchor yourself in the present using meditation and pranayama practice through guided techniques that engender attention and generate non-judgmental awareness. Cultivate focused attention and open awareness as we unite breath work and meditation practices that center both body and mind during this time of reflection and contemplation. Centered and Inward, drop into a supported, restorative deep savasana.

Explore spaciousness and quiet stillness in this special meditative practice.

This experience will include:

Pranayama
Guided Meditation
Supported Savasana
Silence and Stillness

This practice is designed for students with some breathwork and meditation experience.
