Yoga practices guide us toward potent regeneration—mental, physical, and spiritual renewal. Through the lens of yogic teachings, asana, breathwork, and stillness point us to emotional healing and clarity.
Self-care is the practice of taking an active role in protecting one’s well-being and happiness. Daily rhythms that generate well-being are often lost during times of change, upheaval, and stress, leaving us depleted and disconnected from self. Yoga and Meditation offer tools that cultivate well-being by balancing our physical and emotional bodies, bringing us back into a place of connection and renewal.
Nurture and ground yourself in this Wednesday evening series as we weave together soothing yet powerful yogic practices that balance, ground, and nurture. Explore the source of Awareness within and open the door to a wellspring of inner peace and self-compassion
This 4-week series will include gentle Kripalu Yoga, pranayama (breathwork) to calm and renew, metta (loving-kindness) meditation, simple ayurvedic practices, and personal reflection.
This series is appropriate for all practitioners.
