7-Day Journaling Practice, On Demand,
$39 or 4 credits
As summer gives way to fall, the changing season offers a natural invitation to pause, turn inward, and listen more closely.
Listening Inward is a seven-day guided journaling experience designed to help you create space for reflection and discover what is present within. Rooted in the principles of Kripalu Yoga, each day offers gentle encouragement to meet your experience with curiosity, awareness, and compassion.
Each morning, you’ll receive an email with a poem or short reading, a reflection, and a journal prompt to explore at your own pace. There’s no need to consider yourself a writer or to produce polished work—your journal is simply a private space to pause, listen, and follow what emerges.
Throughout the week, each day gently builds upon the last, guiding you from settling in toward a deeper experience of reflection and inner awareness. On the final day, we’ll gather live online for a guided practice and an opportunity to share insights, integrate what has emerged, and consider what you wish to carry forward into the new season.
No previous journaling or yoga experience is needed. Come as you are, with a journal, a pen, and a willingness to listen inward.
