Our Chair Yoga Series is a mindful and inclusive journey designed for everyone, regardless of experience level. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, a curious beginner, or simply looking to stretch out the kinks from a long day at the desk, this nurturing, vibrant practice invites you to connect with your foundation, move from a place of stability, and explore opening your body and heart-mind in new and unique ways

Chair yoga is not just about bending and stretching; it’s a transformative experience that can seamlessly integrate into your busy life, offering moments of calm and balance amidst the hustle. So, if you’re ready to explore the joys of improved flexibility, strength, and inner peace, embrace the joy of self-discovery with us; your chair is waiting!

In this gentle series, we will breathe, gently open the joints, and explore the six movements of the spine. We’ll move through postures for both stretch and stability and close with breathwork and relaxation. The series will include seated-only and sit-to-stand practices (seated chair yoga + chair-supported, gentle standing poses).
