In this gentle series, we will breathe, gently open the joints, and explore the six movements of the spine. We’ll move through postures for both stretch and stability and close with breathwork and relaxation. The series will include seated-only and sit-to-stand practices (seated chair yoga + chair-supported, gentle standing poses).
