More Practice, More Presence

Hi Friends,

I’m excited to return to teaching next week with the launch of alleyCat Online. My sabbatical time has been full of learning, moving slowly (and lots of doing), and reflecting. I’m grateful for the time to step away and reflect on what feels like the right next thing. More than anything, I’ve been reminded that no matter what, how, or where, time spent in practice restores my spirit, nurtures my body and soul, and brings me back into connection with myself and the present moment.

I hope you’ll join me if online practice (live or on-demand) serves you. You can participate in all alleyCat Online offerings through a membership or the classes you choose via a yoga pass. I’m committed to making yoga accessible to all; Pay-What-You-Can Pass options are available for membership or yoga passes.
