This class is perfect for the beginning yoga student wishing to build on the foundations of yoga asana practice and philosophy that was established in Yoga 101 or other new yoga students who wish to extend their knowledge. Offered as a 4-week series of classes and specifically designed for those who are new to yoga practice, new postures will be introduced each week, including posture alignment details, breathwork and introduction of simple meditation practices.
