Life seems to move at an every increasing pace. This February, slow down and steep in the practice of self-care. Over the course of this yoga experience, you will learn nourishing and restorative practices that you can use as a resource both on and off the mat. Each week, we will open with a chant (mantra) that will serve as the doorway into meditation and movement practices. From week to week, we will explore nourishing therapeutic postures and breathing exercises coupled with a movement sequence each week.
