In this workshop, we'll go beyond a superficial asana experience as we reveal the deeper layers of our human experience. In this gentle, 90 minute floor-based practice, we will use guided meditation techniques and slow, sliding and gliding movements to unlock and explore the sensations and emotions of the subtle body.
