Step out of the journey to achieve and into a morning of letting go.  Join yoga teachers Susan Mathis and Jan Wheeler to experience the power of softness. Deep states of relaxation allow access to profound body intelligence and the wisdom of the mind-body connection.  Using integrative practices designed to develop awareness and connection to body, breath and quiet mind, Jan and Susan will guide you into this state of openness and presence.

This morning retreat of gentle movement followed by restorative yoga practice, pranayama, and yoga nidra will lead to renewal and inner alignment with peace.

This experience will include:

~ Gentle Movement + Restorative Yoga Practice (all levels)
~ Pranayama to relex and calm 
~ Yoga Nidra for deep integration

This retreat experience is designed for all level of practitioners who seek deep rest, relaxation and inner quiet. Cushions and props from around your home will be used to create a deeply restorative practice. Come just as you are.

About the Class Format

This retreat is led LIVE ONLINE via ZOOM.  The retreat will open with a short opening talk and gentle movement followed by a Restorative Yoga and relaxing Pranayama practice. Yoga Nidra and an integrative meditation will complete the retreat experience. Resources will be provided before and after the retreat to support you in the practice of restoration and relaxation. Susan Head ShotSusan Mathis, E-RYT 500 is deeply devoted to the practice of yoga and pranayama.   She brings the elements of Kripalu Yoga to each class as she encourages students to use yoga as a means to explore the space on the inside, using yoga poses and breathwork as a bridge between the body and the mind.
