Anxiety plagues many of us in crippling ways. Join Chelsea, a certified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, to ease anxious tension in your body, heart, and mind. This four-week series will leave you with a better understanding of what anxiety is, how it manifests in the mind and body, and what to do about it. 

 Through this yoga practice experience we will gently explore a variety of tools that can help us to take control of our inner peace. These gentle practices are accessible to every level of practitioner covering yoga postures, breathing techniques, as well as other meditation methods. Through self-study, we can better apply these methods to be more effective in managing the inevitable stress of life. 

$60 or 16 credits for the 4 Week Series

In her classes, Chelsea helps her students foster a deep sense of self-love so they can be the best versions of themselves in this world. Her classes focus on physical alignments while bringing awareness to the breath in order to build strength, flexibility, and find balance. Chelsea believes that we can practice all lessons of life on and off the mat, and we can begin by healing our bodies. Her classes are a space to flow through a disciplined, yet creative expression of our bodies, minds, and hearts.
