Kundalini Yoga is a weave of the physical and spiritual. It is designed to strengthen the nervous and glandular systems while balancing the emotions and healing the psyche to create a more balanced, happier, and fit person. Practitioners often experience increased strength, flexibility and resilience as well as an increase in intuition and connection to Source.
In this 4 week series we will explore Kundalini Yoga’s unique aspects of Breath Work, Meditations and Mantras as well as sequencing of exercises and poses to stay healthy, happy and fulfilled. Class begins with tuning in, warm-up, a Kriya (poetic sequence of exercises and poses for a multi-dimensional purpose), healing rest and a meditation or chant. The practices move at a gentle yet invigorating aerobic pace, with an ability to modify for beginning to advanced students.

Mark has over 10 years of Yoga experience and 1100 hours of training with International Kundalini Yoga teachers Ana Brett and Ravi Singh. Mark loves to encourage, uplift and facilitate each student’s experiences. In class Mark provides gentle, patient and knowledgeable guidance and often is often heard saying, “There’s a modification for that.” Mark is an avid Gong player. You can hear him play in workshops and longer Kundalini Yoga classes.
