Use the power of focused, repetitive, rhythmic movement synchronized with breath to draw attention totally into the NOW.
The simple stepping movements are accompanied by music especially created for this meditation. The whole experience, done to four directions, ends with a deep savasana supported by the magic sounds of Tibetan bells. The practice relieves inner tension allowing the energy of the heart to flow and at the same time calms, refreshes and encourages our being to act more out of the center of the heart again. Kripalu Yoga teacher Susan Mathis will lead you in this practice from the Sufi tradition.
