There are many reasons to believe we are not worthy of self-compassion. By turning the tides and tending to the garden of compassion, we learn how to create inner peace where hate and resentment reside, creating joy where emptiness rests. Creating and practicing self-compassion ultimately leads to a deeper understanding of Self in a chaotic world. Join Chelsea for an interactive experience to identify personal blocks to self-compassion, tools to understanding and removing these blocks, and practices to continue cultivating self-compassion.

No yoga experience necessary, bring a pen and journal if you’d like- though pen and paper will be provided. This is a great workshop to attend with a friend.

$28 or 8 credits

In her classes, Chelsea helps her students foster a deep sense of self-love so they can be the best versions of themselves in this world. Her classes focus on physical alignments while bringing awareness to the breath in order to build strength, flexibility, and find balance. Chelsea believes that we can practice all lessons of life on and off the mat, and we can begin by healing our bodies. Her classes are a space to flow through a disciplined, yet creative expression of our bodies, minds, and hearts.
