Join Rebecca for a tranquil, slow-flowing class, uniting mind, body and breath by candlelight. This introspective practice strikes a balance between movement & stillness, strength & surrender, leaving you open, refreshed and at peace. Melt away tension with the simplicity and beauty of meditation in motion as you flow through this practice, and enjoy the benefits of letting go. We will practice postures, pranayama, meditation, and deep relaxation.
