Anxiety and stress often manifest in our inability to fall asleep and to sleep well which significantly impacts our quality of life. Yoga is the practice of quieting the chatter of the mind. Invest four weeks in yourself to improve the quality of your sleep through specific breath work, gentle and restorative yoga, meditation, and lifestyle techniques. This series is intended to improve one’s ability to fall asleep, stay asleep, and snuggle in to deep and restful states of sleep. No previous yoga experience required.

Her classes focus on physical alignments while bringing awareness to the breath in order to build strength, flexibility, and find balance. Chelsea believes that we can practice all lessons of life on and off the mat, and we can begin by healing our bodies. Her classes are a space to flow through a disciplined, yet creative expression of our bodies, minds, and hearts.
