Go beyond a superficial asana experience and reveal the deeper layers of our human experience. In this gentle, floor-based practice, we will use guided meditation techniques and slow, sliding and gliding movements to unlock and explore the sensations and emotions of the subtle body. Through this exploration, we will seek to access deeply embedded sensations and work to unfold them from the inside out. You will gain tools for cultivating a sensitive body awareness that will make room for the possibility of more potency and feeling in your asana practice and your everyday life.
The practice will close with discussion, chanting and cultivation of a deeply restorative savasana. This workshop is open to all students. No previous experience required.
