Ground and Balance for Creativity and Inner Strength

Essential Oils have the power to uplift, focus, calm, and relax the body, mind and spirit. Coupled with yoga, the experience of connecting with the Self is deepened as higher states of awareness emerge. This class will guide students through a series of gentle postures, pranayama, meditation and relaxation using application and inhalation of specifically chosen essential oils to enhance the practice. This class is designed for all levels of yoga practitioners.

Cultivating a strong physical and emotional foundation allows us to root and deeply connect with our physical body, environment and the earth. This class will connect us with our lower chakras through meditation, breathwork, and asana. The essential oils selected will assist in accessing calmness, patience and a willingness to stay in one place.

Amber believes yoga provides us with the method and tools to arrive in the present moment with grace, acceptance, and truth. She has been practicing yoga for over twenty years and finds there are always lessons to learn when applying the teachings of yoga on and off the mat. Her classes nurture and invite students to come home into their bodies to cultivate radiant well being and listen to the wisdom within.
