Our intention is to create sacred space so the benefits of yoga practice are fully realized by all.

alleyCat Yoga is a heart-centered online community seeking inner awareness through yoga practices. We believe in the transformative power of yoga to bring us into the moment, cultivating inner peace, physical and emotional balance, and expanded Consciousness. At alleyCat our approach to yoga practice emphasizes meditative movement and breathwork, encouraging inward focus and spiritual awakening.

Our community has radically transformed since the COVID pandemic. After nineteen years as a thriving brick-and-mortar studio, we launched the new alleyCat Online as a virtual destination designed for us to hold space as a conscious community and renew, breathe, and connect, both Live and On Demand, through a diverse offering of mindful, grounded practices.

alleyCat Online is a supportive space to join together in practice, even in a virtual world, honoring the years of our commingled in-person history and the foundation of Kripalu Yoga.

We welcome you to practice with us. Learn more by starting at alleyCat Online, then explore our Membership and Yoga Pass Options, Class Schedule and Events, and how to join us On-Demand. If you have additional questions, please contact Susan Mathis, Owner and Director of alleyCat Yoga, at 864-4132 or email Susan through the contact form.
