4 Class Series
This class is perfect for the beginning yoga student wishing to build on the foundations of yoga asana practice and philosophy that was established in Yoga 101 or other new yoga students who wish to extend their knowledge.
Offered as a 4 week series of classes and specifically designed for those who are new to the practices of yoga the emphasis will be on, new postures will be introduced each week, including posture alignment details, breathwork and introduction of simple meditation practices. Each week will include a full 60 minute practice along with 15 minutes of discussion of new postures and techniques.
All postures will be appropriate for new and advancing beginners.
$52 or 16 Yoga Pass Credits
Led by Susan Mathis, E-RYT 500, RCYT, YACEP
Susan is deeply devoted to the practice of yoga and pranayama. She brings the elements of Kripalu Yoga to each class as she encourages students to use yoga as a means to explore the space on the inside, using yoga poses and breathwork as a bridge between the body and the mind.
