Step out of the journey to achieve and into an afternoon of letting go.  Join yoga teachers Susan Mathis and Jan Wheeler to experience the power of softness.  Deep states of relaxation allow access to profound body intelligence and the wisdom of the mind-body connection.  Using integrative practices designed to develop awareness and connection to body, breath and quiet mind, Jan and Susan will guide you into this state of openness and presence.

This afternoon retreat of gentle posture practice, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra and restorative yoga will lead to renewal and inner alignment with peace.
